ALISON MOYET TOUR U.S:CANCELS SOME DATES

Songstress and former Yaz member, Alison Moyet, tours the U.S. for the first time in 14 years in support of her latest cd,"The Turn". This newest collection from the U.K. based singer is a departure from her usual semi-electronic, very pop- oriented sound. "The Turn" is more of an 'inguene', broadway type of album, with only one real brit-pop sounding effort on the entire disc. Yet, Alison still maintains her uber-soulful,unique vocal prowess here. The tour is underway, however, some dates, like the October date in Phoenix, Arizona were cancelled.
