[b] Question Remember Toni Basil? In 1981, her cheer-leader-inspired hit,"Mickey" made everyone a cheerleader...and every guy named Mickey want to change their name! lol!
But, Toni Basil did not just fade away into obscurity. Today, she is one of the biggest choregraphers around! scratch

Toni had an acting career too with cameos in movies like EASY RIDER and FIVE EASY PIECES.

Also, "Mickey" is a remake of 1979's "Kitty" by the group RACEY. Basil just changed the gender and name.
